We have three types of sauna experiences:

• Shared sauna
  For shared saunas, you can book a sauna as an individual or with a partner, colleague or a couple of friends. You will most likely be seated with other sauna users in a shared sauna. Some saunas offer the option of a Finnish sauna, where the person closest to the stove can pour water with birch essential oil on the stove to create an aromatherapeutic effect.

  Price: DKK 150 per person for 1 hour in the sauna. There are 15 minutes before and after the 60-minute sauna for showering and changing.

• Private sauna
  Here you rent an entire sauna with room for 10 people and you will only sit with those you know. In the private sauna, you have the opportunity to become your own gus master and purchase a gus package consisting of nine different essential oils, a fan, etc. You will receive a tray with three sets of three essential oils with different themes. For example: Wild forrest, juniper, blue chamomile - basil, mint, lemongrass - mountain pine, larch, cedarwood. They are "served" in moulded snowballs that melt on the sauna stones or simply mixed with fresh water in steel cups with ladles. Staff instruct guests on how to do this. This makes the sauna as private as possible, as there is no foreign gus master in the sauna during the booking.
  Price: DKK 1,200 for one hour - DKK 2,000 for two hours. 300 kr. for nine essential oils + instruction (so 30 kr. per person for a full sauna with 10 people)
  

   

• Transformative Saunagus
  During the transformative sauna shower, we give you the opportunity to push your own boundaries, both because we turn up the heat, but also because our specially selected music and unique blends of essential oils will invite you to look deep within. We run 3 rounds of about 15-20 minutes per round. In between rounds, you can enjoy a cold bucket of water or a cold shower. All rounds will be experienced differently and you will be guided through via meditation, so that you can more easily embrace the extreme heat, the scents and the music that is played.

  Gusen is for beginners and experts alike. You should have drunk 1-2 litres of water in the hours leading up to a gusand bring a towel to sit on.
  Homemade lemonade is included in the price.
  Price: DKK 240 for non-members and DKK 200 for members.
  Duration 1 hour and 15 minutes.

• Membership (sold out for 2023/2024 season)
  Access to all facilities seven days a week during opening hours. However, members must book in, like everyone else, no later than 22.00 the day before they want to use the sauna. It's easy and simple and does not cost anything for members. We want to have the necessary capacity for our guests on the winter island, and the best way to ensure this is for both members and non-members to book a place in the saunas. This means that there may be times when the saunas may be fully booked (typically weekends) if you try to book the night before or the same day. 
  Price: DKK 1,200 for the rest of the winter season + DKK 150 for a personalised key tag.
